All food is served buffet style unless otherwise arranged, buffet tables, table covers (table linens can be supplied at an additional cost), complimentary centerpieces for buffet tables as available, lobster crackers & bibs, disposable heavy-duty plastic dinner and appetizer plates, appropriate plastic flatware, dinner napkins and moist towelettes. Refuse & cleanup: includes heavy-duty trash bags and the removal of a reasonable amount of event waste. Cleanup includes the cooking and buffet area only and does not include the guest tables unless otherwise arranged prior to the event as an additional service with the staff. Customer or venue will provide garbage containers.
