No matter what time of year it is we have a Holiday menu ready for your event. The menu below is all ready to go just give us a guest count and location and we will take care of the rest. You can also design your own menu.

Served with lemons and spicy cocktail sauce

Seasoned with freshly cracked peppercorns, course kosher salt and served with herb butter or chimichurri sauce

Served with homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Please add 18% service charge & CT sales tax. Additional Servers and or Bartending services are available for an additional fee. Every buffet service includes: All food is served buffet style unless otherwise arranged, buffet tables, table covers (linens can be supplied at an additional cost), complimentary centerpieces for buffet tables as available, disposable plastic dinner and appetizer plates, appropriate plastic flatware, heavy duty dinner napkins and moist towelettes. Refuse & cleanup: includes heavy-duty trash bags and the removal of a reasonable amount of event waste. Cleanup includes the cooking and buffet area only and does not include the guest tables unless otherwise arranged prior to the event as an additional service with the staff. Customer or venue will provide garbage containers.
