Clambakes of Connecticut is owned and operated by Ron and his wife Terri. Ron is a lifetime resident of Connecticut. He has over 25 years of catering experience. Ron began his career with a passion for good food and a strong desire to exceed his clients’ expectations.

Clambakes of Connecticut's specialty is the traditional New England Clambake, this menu includes succulent Maine Lobster, Clams steamed with onions celery and garlic, Angus Steak, Rosemary Red Potatoes, Corn on the Cob and a list of appetizers and side dishes. Over the years Ron and his team of talented individuals have expanded the menu to cater to the special requests of it customers, some of these additions include such customer favorites as the Texas BBQ, and the Backyard Cookout.
