Clambakes of Connecticut is owned and operated by Ron and his wife Terri. Ron is a lifetime resident of Connecticut. He has over 25 years of catering experience. Ron began his career with a passion for good food and a strong desire to exceed his clients’ expectations.

Clambakes of Connecticut's specialty is the New England Clambake, this offering includes succulent Maine Lobster, Clams steamed with onions, celery and garlic, New England Clam Chowder, Angus Steak, Red Smashed Potatoes, Sweet Corn on the Cob and a list of Appetizers and Side dishes to round out the menu.
