Owner Ron Cohn started Clambakes of Connecticut after over 25 years of catering and cooking for large private parties.  Ron's cooking career started with his passion for food. His clambakes started as small, family functions and soon he couldn't stop friends from attending family parties. These small get-togethers grew into large private parties where Ron was the sole chef for hundreds of people. In this time, Ron developed a strong desire for customer satisfaction and culinary excellence.
